Kiwi Lemon Tart


1 1/2 c Walnuts
1 c coconut, unsweetened
6 pitted dates
Process in a food processor until mixture sticks together in fingertips.  Press into 8" pie pan and set aside

Filling
2 Avocado, mashed
1/2 c fresh squeezed lemon
1/2 c agave nectar
Blend ingredients until smooth.  Pour mixture into pie crust.  Top with sliced kiwi and lightly sprinkle with coconut.  Refrigerate to set.

Oh My Chili 

Chop

1 medium zucchini
1/3 red, yellow and orange bell pepper, not seeds
2 stalks celery
1/8 c chopped onion
Place chopped veggies in a bowl
Sauce
1 3/4 c tomato, seeded
1 c carrot (one carrot)
1/2  sundried tomato
1 T chili powder
1 1/2 t cumin
1 1/2 t Celtic sea salt
1 T oregano
1/2 t paprika
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
Filtered water to consistency
Blend ingredients and pour over pre chopped vegetables.  Enjoy
