Greetings, Pilgrim Baptist Church and Community Members,
Thank you again for registering to attend the Isaiah Black Church agenda: “Light of the Storm” event being held this Saturday (December 13) at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Most of you received logistics information from Isaiah Coordinators over the last week. We highlighted some of that information in this email and attached the link below for your reference.
The Pilgrim Core Team is also sharing information on Bus Transportation departing from Pilgrim. See details below. We still have seats available on the bus. Please advise as soon as possible (with name, email, and phone number) if you want to ride the bus and have not already RSVP.
Event Schedule
**New Convention Program End Time**
Registration and Concessions Open: 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM
Convention Program: **1:00 PM – 4:00 PM**
Breakout Session: Ends at 6:00 PM
Security opens promptly at 11:00 AM
Please note: The Minneapolis Convention Center does not permit outside food and beverages. Concession stands will be open from 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM. Water stations with cups will be available throughout the event.
Getting to the Minneapolis Convention Center

Bus Service Departing from Pilgrim Baptist Church
**New Convention Center Departure Time**
Address: 732 Central Ave. West, Saint Paul, MN 55104
Bus Departure Time from Pilgrim: Promptly at 11:30 am
Bus Departure Time from Convention Center back to Pilgrim: **4:30 pm**
Refreshments will be provided in the Pilgrim Fellowship Hall starting at 10:45 AM and will need to be consumed by the time the bus arrives at the Convention Center. As noted above, outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Convention Center.
There are other church locations (Camphor and Fellowship) for bus transportation that are departing at 11:00 am and returning at the end of the convention.
Donations
We appreciate any donation you can contribute to offset the cost of the bus and food service. Donations can be made in cash directly to a Pilgrim Core Team member or through the attached online giving.
