We greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
On Friday, October 21, 2022, Pilgrim Baptist Church that is located at 732 Central Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55104, is hosting the First Annual Interfaith Youth Revival themed “God Has a Purpose for Our Lives”. The Youth Revival will provide a forum for youth from various churches and denominations to come together to praise the Lord. The youth will share their praises in the form of singing, playing of instruments, praise and mime dancing, and with spoken words such as testimonies, poetry, sermonettes, etc.
Pilgrim is inviting your church to participate in the revival by bringing up to two of the following ministry groups: youth choir, youth praise team, youth mime ministry, youth speakers. You are encouraged to bring your youth to the revival whether or not they are participating on the program. This will be an amazing event of youth praising and worshiping our Lord that no youth should miss!
The event will begin with a meet and greet pizza party from 4:00 – 5:30 PM. The revival will run from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Participating choirs, praise dance teams, mime ministries, musicians and speakers are asked to limit their presentations to a maximum of 10 minutes each to allow time for other participants and churches to present.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The church has a limited seating capacity. Each church must register and specify the number of people attending. Registrations will close on Sunday, October 8, 2022 or sooner if the maximum capacity is reached. Register at this link: bit.ly/Register4YouthRevival.
Note: Pilgrim is following the CDC guidelines regarding COVID. Masks, social distancing, COVID vaccinations and boosters are highly recommended for all participants to ensure that the event is safe and enjoyable for all attendees.
Churches may bring signs to hold up during roll call and wear t-shirts with the name of your church and/or youth group. Note: Signs and t-shirts are optional!
Feel free to pass this information to other Christian youth groups so that they may register. The more youth that are involved in this Youth Revival, the better to spread the love for God and God’s people.
